Turtles are waking up! - 2008-05-08

Here a spring came in Lithuania and a nature woke up. As the weather became warmer, trees and fields turned green and birds came back from warm lands... They began to brood their offspring, also amphibians have already spawned their roes. Together with them turtles got out of winter habitats. These reptiles are going to dwell in newly dug ponds, which now are full of warming water. After swimming turtles gets out of the water to heat in the sunshine…
